We aim to dispatch all prizes within 7 working days.

As soon as dispatched, you will receive shipping notifications to track the
shipment.

We offer cash alternatives for most of our instant win prizes. A prize valued over £50 can be sent as cash and a prize valued as less than £50 is sent as site credit. We also offer a cash alternative on a select number of main competition prizes, but these will always be posted within the competition description, so do check the comp pages to confirm whether an alternative is available.

To stop App notifications, turn notifications off for the app in your device settings.

Failed entries paid via Paypal will show as a pending transaction in your bank, please allow 48 hours before contacting our team. This will give your bank time to release the funds.

If you have won site credit as an instant win prize, this will be added to your account automatically. If you have asked for site credit as a prize alternative, then this is added to your account manually but we always aim to add this for you the same day as your request. You can then use this as a payment option at checkout to purchase tickets.

If you have won a Capital Angling Voucher as an instant win, these are added to your account manually. We always aim to add these to your account as soon as possible. At the moment, we do not ship orders outside of the UK.

After completion of payment, your number(s) will be displayed and will be emailed to you. Your ticket numbers can also be found by clicking the account icon, and are shown under ‘recent tickets’; and you can view your tickets in the ‘Recent Orders’ section and clicking on the most recent order.
