We are looking for a reliable and dedicated Warehouse Operative to join our ever-growing, fast paced team. The role of a warehouse operative is pivotal in ensuring smooth warehouse operations and timely delivery of goods to customers.

As a Warehouse Operative you will:

• Process orders through our well established systems
• Pick and pack orders for shipment
• Organise and retrieve stock in the warehouse
• Inspect products for defects and damages
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Operate warehouse machinery such as forklifts and pallet jacks
• Keep accurate records of inventory and stock levels
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.

About you:

• Proven experience in a warehouse environment
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively
• Excellent organisational skills
• Strong decision-making abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
• Proficiency in using computers and software
• Positive and patient demeanour
• Strong attention to detail for accuracy
• Willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction
• Industry experience is preferred but not essential.
